Yes! You may cancel your participation in Video Marketing World 2022 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before April 1, 2022, your ticket will automatically be converted to a virtual ticket and you will be refunded the amount you paid over $197. If you cancel between April 2, 2022 and July 1, 2022, you will be refunded up to 50% of your registration fee over $197. If you cancel after July 1, 2022, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place. There are no refunds on virtual passes. You may resell your in-person ticket or exchange it for another product, service or future event offered by Video Marketing World LLC. If the in-person event is cancelled due to a pandemic, you will be refunded the amount you paid over $197. To request a refund or fully grant your access to the event to another person, email camber@videomarketing.world. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
